Typical loan sizes range from $50,000–$100,000, with select opportunities below that range based on collateral and exit strategy.

We do not work with owner-occupied or consumer-purpose transactions.


How It Works

1. Deal Screening

We review basic deal information to confirm:

  • Business purpose
  • Non-owner-occupancy
  • Clear exit strategy
  • Reasonable deal structure

This step protects both borrowers and lenders.

2. Capital Introduction

Qualified transactions are introduced to private lenders that actively fund this asset class.
All underwriting, pricing, and loan terms are determined directly by the lender.

3. Lender-Directed Closing

Borrowers work directly with the lender through underwriting and closing.
Our role is complete once the introduction is made.
